Who we are
Stream4Q is operated by Corp 4Q Inc, a Wyoming corporation (“we”, “us”). Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected].
Stream4Q is in development. Today this website collects only waitlist sign-ups. The sections about signing in, streaming and clips describe how the service handles data once you use it, including during early access.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, the date you joined and whether you confirmed it. We use it only to tell you about Stream4Q. It is stored in a mailing-list system we run ourselves and is not shared with anyone else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email us and we will remove you.
Signing in with Kick, Twitch or YouTube
You sign in to Stream4Q with your streaming account. When you do, and only with the permissions you approve on that platform’s consent screen, we receive:
- your account id, username and channel name, to identify you and your channel;
- your stream key and ingest address for that platform, used only to send your stream to your own channel. For YouTube this means reading your live stream settings through the YouTube Data API.
We do not read your private messages, post as you, change your channel, or access your followers, subscribers or payments.
Your stream and your BRB clips
- Live video and audio pass through our servers on the way to the platforms you switch on. We do not record or keep your live stream.
- BRB clips and images you upload are stored, converted into the formats your stream needs, and played only on your own stream. They stay until you delete them or close your account.
- Operational data: connection times, bitrate, drops and which platforms were live, so the service works and so you can see your stream’s health. Kept for up to 90 days.
How we protect stream keys and sign-in tokens
Stream keys and platform tokens are encrypted when stored, are never written to logs, and are used only to deliver your stream. Staff do not view them.
Google user data
Stream4Q’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data we receive from your Google account is used only to send your stream to your YouTube channel. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide that, and not read by people unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Who else handles data
- Cloudflare hosts this website and sees visitors’ IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface on these pages, so Google sees the IP address that requests it.
- MXroute handles email sent to and from @stream4q.com.
- Kick, Twitch and YouTube receive your stream when you switch them on, under their own privacy policies.
- Server providers we rent machines from carry your stream on its way through.
Before paid plans start we will add the payment provider here. We do not sell personal data, and this site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Disconnecting and deleting
- Disconnect a platform in your Stream4Q dashboard, or revoke access on the platform itself: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, Twitch under Settings → Connections, Kick under Settings.
- Disconnecting deletes that platform’s stream key and tokens from Stream4Q.
- Close your account, or email us, and we delete your keys, tokens, clips and account data within 30 days.
- You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you at any time.
Age
Stream4Q is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet the minimum age of every platform you connect.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date above, and if the change is significant we email account holders before it applies.
