Terms of service
Last updated 20 October 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
Stream4Q is operated by Corp 4Q Inc, a Wyoming corporation (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]. By using this website, the waitlist or the service you accept these terms.
2. What Stream4Q does
Stream4Q receives the live stream you send from your phone or encoder, passes it to the platforms you choose, and plays your BRB clip or image while your signal is down, so your channel stays live until you are back.
3. Early access
- Stream4Q is not yet generally available. Early access is free and by invitation.
- Features may change, break or be withdrawn during early access, and we may end early access at any time.
- When paid plans start, their price and terms are shown to you before you are charged anything. Nothing is billed during free early access.
4. Your account
You sign in with your own Kick, Twitch or YouTube account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep that account secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your Stream4Q access.
5. Your content
- You keep all rights to your stream and your clips.
- You give us permission to receive, store, convert and send your stream and clips only as needed to run Stream4Q for you.
- You confirm you have the right to stream and upload what you send, including music and other people’s work.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the rules of every platform you stream to and the law where you stream. You may not use Stream4Q to send illegal content, to stream to channels you do not control, to attack or overload our servers, or to resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
7. Availability
Live streaming depends on mobile networks, the platforms and our servers. We work to keep your stream live, but we do not guarantee that the service is uninterrupted or that every drop is covered, and we are not responsible for decisions a platform makes about your channel.
8. Liability
Stream4Q is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, lost viewers, missed streams or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which during free early access is zero.
9. Ending
You can stop using Stream4Q and close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. What happens to your data is covered in the privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We change the date above, and for significant changes we email account holders before they apply.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions: [email protected].
Stream4Q is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kick, Twitch, YouTube or Google.
